in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 GDPR (information requirements)
1. Name of the person responsible for processing
This data protection information applies to data processing by: Salewski Medizintechnik GmbH
There is no company data protection officer, as the threshold of Section 38 BDSG has not been reached. This means that less than ten people at Salewski Medizintechnik GmbH are constantly engaged in the automated processing of personal data.
2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use
When you visit the website www.salewski-medizintechnik.de, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

- you have given your express consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR,
- the transfer is necessary in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data
- in the event that there is a legal obligation to transfer data in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR, and
- this is permitted by law and is required in accordance with Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR to process contractual relationships with you.
4. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
- To request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can provide information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right of correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of their data, unless they have been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about request their details;

-In accordance with Article 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- In accordance with Article 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and the data is no longer needed, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to processing in accordance with Article 21 GDPR;
- in accordance with Article 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another person responsible;
- to withdraw your consent to us at any time in accordance with Article 7 (3) GDPR. As a result, we are no longer allowed to continue data processing based on this consent in the future and — in accordance with Article 77 GDPR — to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or place of work or our office.
5. Right of objection
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Article 21 GDPR, provided that there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct marketing. 8. Purchase request contact form
If you request a purchase using the enquiry form, we will store your details from the form, including the contact details you provided there, for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We use this data from the personal data provided here for the purpose of written customer service (e.g. processing purchase requests). We will not share your data with third parties without your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case, your personal data will be deleted immediately.
9. masks
Our respirators are hygiene products for individual use by a single person. The masks are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal — see Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB.
